Your PI will only be disclosed under the following circumstances:

    2. Risk of Harm
      If there is imminent danger to your life, safety, or the safety of others.
    3. Professional Judgment
      If, in the therapist’s opinion, your information indicates a risk of bodily harm to you, another person, or the public.
    4. Law Enforcement Requests
      When required by accredited law enforcement authorities.
    5. Mandatory Reporting
      When the law obligates disclosure (e.g., child abuse, threat to society).

Only information that you voluntarily allow for publishing (e.g., testimonials) will be made publicly visible.

 

Employees and Operational Staff

Minors

If the client is a minor (under 18 years of age):
